Liquid Extract: Each 14 mL dose contains Silybum marianum extract equivalent to dry fruit 7 g. This product is alcohol-free.
Capsule: Silybum marianum extract dry concentrate 143 mg from dry fruit 10g. Standardised to flavanolignans calculated as silybin 120 mg per capsule.
Liquid Extract: Adults take 14 mL of extract twice daily between meals. Dosage may be mixed with 100 mL of water or juice and consumed immediately.
Capsule: Adults - take one capsule twice daily for at least 3 weeks. There are no restrictions on duration of use.
