Assists flushing of the urinary tract and maintains healthy urine output. Stinging Nettle has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to support general health and wellbeing.
Teabags: Each teabag contains Greater Nettle Herb Dry (Urtica dioica) 1.5 g
Loose: Greater Nettle Herb Dry (Urtica dioica)
Capsules: Urtica dioica extract dry concentrate 500 mg from dry leaf 2 g.
Standardised to total polyphenols 20 mg per capsule.
Teabags: Infuse 2 teabags (3 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes before removing teabags. Adults - drink 3 cups daily.
Loose: Infuse 2-3 heaped teaspoons of Stinging nettle herb in a cup of boiling water, steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink several cups daily.
Capsules: Adults - take one capsule 4 times daily.
