This is the traditional French Lavender with a typical floral aroma. Soothing and calming to the senses; helps you relax throughout the day and assists with relaxation before bedtime. A popular first aid remedy. Commonly used topically to soothe the skin.
Diffuser: add 6 drops.
Massage/Topical Application: mix 4-6 drops with 2 teaspoons Unscented Jojoba Cream or 12ml base oil and massage over body.
Bath: Mix 6 drops with 6 drops dispersant and add mixture to a warm bath.
