Amalaki Phyllanthus emblica (fruit)*, Bibhitaki Terminalia bellirica (fruit)*, Haritaki Terminalia chebula (fruit)*, Moringa Moringa oleifera, Turmeric Curcuma longa (root)*, Fennel Foeniculum vulgare (seed)* & Ginger Zingiber officinale (root)*. *Organic ingredients.
Add 1 teaspoon (2.6g) per cup of boiling water, steep for 30 seconds for a light and uplifting taste. Top up teapot with boiling water for a second infusion. Store in dry, cool place below 30 C. Close to retain freshness after opening. 30 servings per pack.
