We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, seals unbroken and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may be requested to provide photograph of your item(s) and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution. Failure to notify our team within 2 working days after receipt may result in your request being denied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, probiotics, edible oils, refrigerated products) and vitamin/supplements.
Due to Health Regulations we do not refund or exchange on any orally taken products as we cannot guarantee storage outside the premises.
We always want to make sure that our customers have absolute confidence in every product they purchase.

It is important that our customers know that every medicine is safe and effective with no possibility of the medicine being compromised in any way due to storage or handling.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
