We expect most orders to arrive safely to your door within 2-7 business days. Once you hit the checkout button our team will have the order packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Your health and wellness goodies will then be collected by the courier and depending on where you are located this could add another 1-5 days to your delivery time. Note: Due to current COVID-19 health restrictions there have been some delays to usual delivery times but your order tracking notifications should keep you updated on progress.
Go Vita Tanunda uses registered mail through Australia Post to deliver all parcels. In the event you are not at home to receive the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected. If your parcel has been redirected to the post office this will also show on your tracking number as ‘awaiting collection’ at the nominated post office where it will remain for approximately 7-14 days.

To be eligible for in-store member discounts, you must be a member of a Go Vita store, which is free to join. For all phone orders, payment will be required over the phone using a valid Australian Visa or MasterCard. Orders can be collected from Go Vita Tanunda or posted at the applicable rates. Please advise if your order is to be posted before payment has been processed.

We can make changes to your order if it has not yet been despatched. Please note that once it has been booked for delivery, we are unable to make any changes.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure this does not happen if the above has occurred you will need to contact out customer service team within 2 working days of receiving your order at healthshop@govitatanunda.com.au with any relevant photos and order number and we will assist you further.
No, due to Health Regulations and in line with our Returns Policy we do not refund or exchange on any orally taken products as we cannot guarantee storage outside the premises. We always want to make sure that our customers have absolute confidence in every product they purchase. This is especially the case in perishables, vitamins and many other healthcare products. It is important that our customers know that every product is safe and effective with no possibility of the product being compromised in any way due to storage or handling. This policy exists to protect customers.
Our policy is to supply products with at least 1 month expiry beyond the normal expected time it would take to consume based on normal dosages. As we have no control over expiry dates supplied from the manufacturer, we are unable to supply requests for extended expiry dates and we do not recommend ordering any more than 6 months’ supply of any product. Any orders in excess of 6 months’ supply or in excess of retail quantities are at the risk of the purchaser in regards to expiry dates.
