→ Yes, we offer free 15-minute BIA Assessments in-store, or you can book a full consultation with Pete, our qualified Naturopath. If you're not nearby or need help now, feel free to reach out via live chat and one of our team members will be happy to help.

- "How can I track my order?"
→ Once your order is packed, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Still not sure? Just send us a message and we’ll check it for you. - "How long will my order take to arrive?"
→ Most orders arrive in 2–7 business days depending on your location. We ship from Tanunda, SA within 1–2 business days. Remote locations may take a little longer. - "Do you offer express shipping?"
→ Yes! You can select Express at checkout for faster delivery. Let us know if you're in a hurry and we’ll do our best to help. - "How much does shipping cost?"
→ Flat rate $15 shipping Australia-wide. Orders over $175 ship free! - "Do you ship internationally?"
→ Not at this stage — we ship Australia-wide only. - "Can I change or cancel my order?"
→ If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible via live chat or phone. - "My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?"
→ Check your tracking link first. If it's delayed or you're unsure, feel free to contact our team — we're here to help. - "Can I return a product?"
→ If your product is damaged or incorrect, email us within 10 days with your order number and a photo. For health reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or oral products. - "How do I return a product?"
→ Send an email to healthshop@govitatanunda.com.au with your order number, photo and reason for return. We'll guide you from there. - "Do I have to be a Go Vita Member to shop online?"
→ Not at all! But members do get discounts and bonus perks, so it’s worth signing up. It’s free and easy. - "How do I become a Go Vita member?"
→ You can sign up online at checkout or in-store. It’s completely free and gives you access to special discounts, sales days, and our wellness magazines. - "Can I update my member details online?"
→ If you signed up online, log in to your account and update them there. If you joined in-store, just send us an email and we’ll take care of it. - "Where is Go Vita Tanunda located?"
→ You’ll find us at 98 Murray Street, Tanunda SA 5352. We’re open Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm and Saturdays 9am–12pm. - "Can I order by phone?"
→ Absolutely. Call us on 08 8563 0244 and our friendly staff will help you place your order. Payment can be made over the phone. - "Do you offer Click & Collect?"
→ Yes, locals can call to arrange a phone order and collect it in-store. Just let us know when you'd like to pick it up. - "Is my personal information secure?"
→ Yes, we use secure encryption to protect your details, and we never share your info with anyone else. - "Can I use a gift voucher online?"
→ Yes! Go Vita Tanunda offers digital gift vouchers that can be used online at govitatanunda.com.au — just note that they are only valid at our store, not other Go Vita websites. Buy one here. - "I didn’t receive my confirmation email – what now?"
→ Check your junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and order number and we’ll resend it. - "What if something in my order is missing or damaged?"
→ We’re really sorry if that’s happened. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and a photo. - "Are the online prices the same as in-store?"
→ Mostly yes, though sometimes we run online-only or in-store-only promotions. Keep an eye out for member perks too!
