Directions:
Children (2 – 12 years): Mix 2g (½ metric teaspoon) of the powder with 50mL of water, juice or milk to yield approximately 52mL of prepared dose and consume immediately.
Take once daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
To assist in the relief of medically diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome, take 2g of powder in water, juice or milk as above twice daily.
