Marshmallow Althaea officinalis (root)*, Burdock Arctium Lappa (root)*, Ashwagandha Withania somnifera (root)*, Siberian Ginseng Eleutherococcus senticosus(root)* & Shatavari Asparagus racemosus (root)*. *Organic ingredients.
Add 1 teaspoon (2.6g) per cup of boiling water, steep for 30 seconds for a light and uplifting taste. Top up teapot with boiling water for a second infusion. Store in dry, cool place below 30 C. Close to retain freshness after opening. 30 servings per pack
