Henry Blooms Herb-a-lax compounded herbs is a gentle, yet effective natural laxative which also relieve wind. Created using a special formulation of senna leaf, buckthorn bark, psyllium seed, dill seed and liquorice root powder. Psyllium provides a great source of fibre and together with liquorice root powder has a gentle soothing action on the bowel. Dill seed has a carminative action on the bowel and helps reduce digestive discomfort.
Senna leaf dry 284 mg equiv. hydroxyanthracene glycosides as sennoside B 7.1 mg Rhamnus frangula (Buckthorn) bark dry 23 mg equiv. glucofrangulins as glucofrangulin A 1.61 mg Psyllium husk dry 6 mg Anethum graveolens (Dill) seed 6 mg Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) root 6 mg
Take 1.5 g (approx. one teaspoon) with water or fruit juice before bedtime or as directed by your health professional.

Not to be used when pregnant or breastfeeding. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
