Really attractive herb, Clary Sage has deep green foliage with a large purple candelabra type flower head. Traditionally used for the temporary relief of menstrual pain when applied topically, and for emotional release when inhaled. The scent is strongly herbaceous, and generally requires blending with another more subtle oil to be able to enjoy the aroma.
Topical application and massage: 3-6 drops of Clary Sage to 10gm (2 teaspoons) Unscented Jojoba Cream. Massage oil, 6 drops to 12mls of almond oil.
Diffuser: 6 drops Clary Sage into water.
