Caruso's Anxiety Aid contains Cyracos®, Magnolia and Passionflower. Cyracos® is a potent extract of the herb Melissa officinalis, commonly known as Lemon balm. In addition to their soothing and calming actions, all three herbs are also traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to induce sleep and relieve sleeplessness.
