Raspberry has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to help prepare the body for labour and to support general health and wellbeing, as well as relieve diarrhoea and as an astringent to tighten tissues.
Each teabag contains Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) Leaf Dry 4 g.
Loose Leaf: Infuse 2 heaped teaspoons of Raspberry leaf in a cup of boiling water, steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink several cups daily.
Teabags:
To help prepare the body for labour and to support general health and wellbeing: Infuse 2 teabags (8 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes before removing teabags. Adults - drink 4 cups daily.
To relieve diarrhoea and as an astringent to tighten tissues: Infuse 1 teabag (4 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes before removing teabag. Adults - drink 2 to 3 cups daily.
