Indications: Sage has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve:

Each teabag contains Sage Leaf Dry granules (Salvia officinalis) 2.5 g
Loose Leaf: Infuse 1 heaped teaspoon of Sage leaf in a cup of boiling water, steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink several cups daily. *Infusion may be gargled as required.
Teabags: Infuse 1 teabag (2.5 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes before removing teabag. Adults - drink 3 cups daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use.
