Be Calm is a formula that especially targets children who exert high levels of energy which can lead to potential dietary deficits. This is a carefully selected range of minerals for the over active child that is unable to concentrate properly during the day.
Assists with:
- Nervousness
- Irritability & poor sleep patterns
- Nerve pains
- Muscle & nerve relaxant
Each contains equal amounts of 6x:
* Ferr Phos (Ferrum phosphate)
* Kali Phos (Potassium phosphate)
* Mag Phos (Magnesium phosphate)
* Silica (Silicon dioxide)
Children (1-11yrs): 1 tablet, 4 times daily
Infants (0-11mths): 1/2 tablet, 4 times daily
Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.
For sudden onset: take every half an hour up to 6 doses per day until symptoms subside (for a max of 2 days).
