100% Organic Sunflower Oil
Best used for frying and general cooking. Can also be used as a dressing. Melrose Organic Sunflower Oil has a pleasant neutral flavour with a mild, creamy nuttiness.
When to use this oil? Cooking at high temperatures and to drizzle over salads.
Smoke point - high. Can be heated to approximately 250°C.
