Hawthorn Crataegus monogyna (berry)*, Hibiscus Hibiscus sabdariffa (flower), Amalaki Phyllanthus emblica (fruit)*, Rose Rosa damascena (petal)*, & Arjuna Arjuna terminalia (bark)*. *Organic ingredients.
Add 1 teaspoon (1.3g) per cup of boiling water, steep for 1 minute for a light and uplifting taste. Store in dry, cool place below 30 C. Close to retain freshness after opening. 30 servings per pack
