Spearmint essential oil is calming to the skin and stimulating to the mind. It is considered to have antimicrobial properties. Helps to clear and freshen the air when diffused.
Diffuser: add 6 drops.
Massage: mix 6 drops with 12ml base oil or 2 teaspoons Springfields Unscented Jojoba Cream and massage over body.
Note: May have a cooling effect
