Zechstein Magnesium Chloride Flakes
Fill your bathtub with warm water. Add about 1 to 2 cups of magnesium chloride flakes (you can adjust the amount depending on the size of your bath). Stir the water to dissolve the flakes. Soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes. After the bath, rinse off and hydrate your skin with lotion or oil. For Foot Soaks: Add ½ to 1 cup of flakes to a basin of warm water. Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.
