Almond and herb schnitzel crumb
Simply mix Natural Road Almond Meal with chopped herbs (parsley and/or thyme), finely grated parmesan, lemon zest, garlic, and generous amount salt and pepper. Use as you would a traditional schnitzel crumb and place schnitzels in fridge for 30 minutes before pan frying. Ideal for crumbed fish too.
