Each hard capsule contains: Fucus vesiculosus (kelp) extract dry concentrate 280mg from dry whole plant 1.4g 1(1,400mg) Equiv. to iodine 280mcg DOES NOT CONTAIN: animal products, dairy, eggs, fish, crustaceans, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, artificial colours flavours or sweeteners.
