Using the power of natural ingredients Reishi Mushroom, Passionflower and Kava, Sleep promotes a calm, relaxing night’s sleep, so you wake feeling clear and well rested.

Kava is traditionally used in Pacific Islands medicine to induce sleep and aid mind and muscle relaxation. Passionflower is used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve sleeplessness and reduce time to fall asleep. Reishi Mushroom is used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve sleeplessness, and in Chinese Medicine to relieve feelings of weariness and fatigue.
