The aromatic herb Thyme revives low spirits and stimulates the mind. Thyme oil blends beautifully with citrus oils.
Diffuser: add 6 drops.
Massage/Topical Application: mix 6 drops with 12ml (2 teaspoons) Unscented Jojoba Cream or 12ml base oil and massage over body.
Bath: Mix 6 drops with 6 drops dispersant and add mixture to a warm bath.
100% pure essential oil of Thyme (Thymus vulgaris - leaves, steam distilled).
