    Specialty: Family, Gut & Nervous System Health

    Experience: 16 Years in Healthcare, Pathology


    Kat brings an evidence-based approach to naturopathy with a strong interest in how different areas of health connect. She especially enjoys working with children and families and takes the time to listen, look for patterns and understand what may be influencing how you feel.

    Her approach is thorough, supportive and individual, with clear explanations and recommendations that feel manageable.
