Your Health Program Policies
Your Health Program is built on a partnership between you and your practitioner.
These policies explain how Your Health Program works and are designed to help us get the most from our time together. If you ever have questions about anything in this document, please ask.
Your consultations are an important part of Your Health Program and are designed to build on each other throughout your program.
Your program includes the consultations outlined in your package.
As consultation availability is limited, we encourage you to keep your scheduled appointment wherever possible.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This gives us the best opportunity to offer your appointment to another client and helps keep your program on track.
We'll always do our best to accommodate changes. However, as consultation availability is limited, rescheduling may mean waiting until the next available clinic session, which may delay your progress through the program.
If exceptional circumstances arise, please let us know. We'll always do our best to work with you.
Your Health Program is designed to help you better understand your health, make informed health decisions and build habits that support your long term wellbeing.
Your program includes the consultations, personalised guidance,
Personalised Health Mapping platform, resources and messaging support outlined in your program package.
As every program is personalised, your recommendations, priorities and actions may change as your health information is updated throughout the program.
If unexpected circumstances mean you're unable to continue for a period of time, please let us know as soon as possible. Wherever possible, we'll work with you to find the most appropriate way forward, including discussing whether your program can be paused.
Additional consultations outside your program are always available if needed and will be charged at our current consultation fee.
Messaging support is included throughout Your Health Program to help keep you moving forward between consultations.
For everyday questions, your Digital Twin is the best place to start. If you'd like personalised guidance about your progress or your plan, messaging is there to support you between consultations.
It's a great way to ask brief questions, clarify recommendations, share your progress or let us know if you need a little extra guidance between consultations.
Messaging is designed to support your program, not replace your consultations. If your question requires a more detailed discussion or clinical assessment, we'll recommend booking an appointment so we can give you the time and attention it deserves.
We'll respond as soon as reasonably possible during business hours. Please note that messaging is not monitored outside business hours and should not be used for urgent or emergency medical concerns. If you require urgent medical advice, please contact your GP or the appropriate emergency service.
Your privacy is important to us. The personal and health information you provide throughout Your Health Program is used only to deliver your personalised care and support your ongoing progress. Your information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Your Health Program uses advanced personalised digital health technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help organise and interpret your health information and provide personalised insights. These technologies support your practitioner by assisting with tasks such as analysing health information, identifying patterns and preparing personalised recommendations.
AI is used as a clinical support tool only. It does not replace professional judgement, diagnosis or personalised care. Peter reviews and interprets all AI assisted information before making recommendations and remains responsible for every clinical decision relating to your care.
You may ask questions about how this technology is used at any time. If you prefer not to have AI assisted technology used as part of your care, please let us know before your program begins. We'll discuss the available options with you.
For clients who would like more detailed information about how AI assisted technology may be used in clinical care, you can read our Informed Consent: Use of Artificial Intelligence in Clinical Care document here.

By participating in Your Health Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy, including the information relating to the use of personalised digital health technology, and consent to its use in supporting your care.
Your place in Your Health Program is reserved from the time you enrol. From that point, we begin preparing your personalised program, including allocating your PH360 licence, providing access to digital resources and reserving practitioner time throughout your program.
Because preparation for your personalised program begins as soon as you enrol, refunds may not be available once your program has commenced.
We understand that unexpected life circumstances can arise. If you're unable to continue, please contact us as soon as possible. Wherever possible, we'll work with you to find the most appropriate solution, which may include pausing your program or, where appropriate, considering a partial refund for the unused portion of the program. Any refund will take into account the consultations completed, resources accessed, services provided and costs already committed to your program.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Your Health Program provides personalised health education, coaching and natural health guidance based on your individual health profile and goals.
The program is designed to complement, not replace, the care provided by your GP, specialist or other healthcare professionals. We encourage you to continue working with your healthcare team throughout your program.
If you experience a medical emergency or require urgent medical advice, please contact your doctor or the appropriate emergency service immediately.
While we aim to provide personalised recommendations that support your health and wellbeing, individual results will vary and no specific health outcomes can be guaranteed.
