Traditionally used in aromatherapy to soothe the digestive system and help calm an upset stomach. Also traditionally used for relieving the symptoms of respiratory conditions.

METHODS OF APPLICATION: Compress: Blend 1 drop of Aniseed with 2ml massage oil and add to a warm damp cloth - place over abdomen to help calm spasms. Inhalation: Diffuse in an ultrasonic diffuser to help support the respiratory system. Blends well with Sweet Orange, Lemon, Bergamot and Sandalwood.

SAFETY: Aniseed is not generally used in skin applications and may cause sensitivity. Avoid during all stages of pregnancy and lactation. Avoid using with children under 5 years. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
