This nutritious and complex gluten free porridge is still handmade from a recipe created in the kitchen of the Brook family home. Brookfarm's gluten free porridge is a nutritious combination of quinoa and amaranth, golden flaxseed and wholesome brown rice flakes. They then add Australian grown almonds and macadamias and a dash of cinnamon to create a truly delicious gluten free porridge, which will power your day. Macadamia nuts and oil are cholesterol free and one of the world’s richest sources of monounsaturated fats, important in a healthy diet.

Brown rice, organic millet, almonds, organic quinoa (6%), organic amaranth, organic golden flaxseed, macadamias, cinnamon.

Microwave: Combine porrij & water or your choice of milk in a microwave safe bowl, stir and cook on high for 90 seconds (settings vary). 

Stovetop: Combine porrij & water or your choice of milk in a saucepan, stir and gently simmer on low heat until thick and creamy (approx 4 minutes)
