Spray a generous amount directly onto skin and rub in using your hands or use a tan applicator mitt. Wash hands thoroughly after use. For best results exfoliate at least 24-48 hours prior to full body application. Leave on for a minimum of 1 hour, or for best results leave it until your next shower or sleep in it. Your tan will continue to develop for up to 24 hours after washing off.
TIP: For tricky areas like your hands, elbows and feet we recommend popping on a bit of moisturiser prior to applying your tan as this helps it to glide on more evenly. For a perfect even application apply a double coat.
