Each tablet contains:
- Magnesium amino acid chelate equiv. magnesium 150mg
- Magnesium citrate equiv. magnesium 50mg
- Magnesium glycinate equiv. magnesium 15mg
- Magnesium orotate dihydrate equiv. magnesium 5mg
- TOTAL ELEMENTAL MAGNESIUM 220mg
