A soothing blend of 100% pure Lemon, Peppermint, Lavender, Cypress & Chamomile essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with hayfever & seasonal allergies, including mild upper respiratory congestion, nasal congestion & sinusitis.

Lemon (Citris Limon)

Peppermint (Mentha X piperita leaf)

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) herb top flowering

Cupressus (Sempervirens branch)

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
