Organic Herbs (Lemongrass, Fennel Seeds Sweet, Ginger Root, Hibiscus, Siberian Ginseng, Rose Petals, Oat Straw, Ginkgo Leaf, Calendula Petals), Cats Claw Bark, Lavender Flower, Blue Cornflower Petals.

Place 2 generous teaspoons per serve into a teapot or tea strainer. Add hot water and infuse for 2-3 minutes and stir. Longer infusion releases fuller flavour and benefits.
