Cinnamon - Cinnamon isn't a spice many would consider medicinal, though its actually incredibly therapeutic. People have been using this highly prized spice since 2000BC. In Western herbal medicine Cinnamon is used to balance blood sugar. We use it in our Butter Caramel Pecan to do just that.

 

Golden, gooey butterscotch caramel at its highest frequency – chewy, smooth, lightly sweetened and encased in a rich cacao shell. Lightly dusted with antioxidant-rich cinnamon sugar and found within a crisp, organic maple-roasted pecan – our most popular truffle bar earned its status for good reason: a flavour to live for.
