Nutraviva Beef Gelatin is a 100% natural premium 225 bloom, grass-fed and finished gelatin. Nutraviva Beef Gelatin is unblended and free from chemicals, growth hormones, herbicides or pesticides. Paleo and keto friendly. Kosher and halal certified. Gluten and GMO free.
Grass fed and finished 225 bloom bovine gelatin.
Hot beverage instructions: Dissolve 1 tablespoon (10g) of gelatin into approximately 80mls of cold liquid of choice. Stir thoroughly until liquid thickens. Microwave for 20-30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin. Add a further 200 mls of liquid and stir, drink at room temperature to avoid the liquid gelling. For a hot beverage, carry out the same steps and finish by adding a hot liquid at the final stage. Additional uses: Use to make homemade ice cream, mousse, healthy fruit gummies, marshmallows, custard and puddings.
