Ingredients Bulking agent (Lactose monohydrate (milk), sugar, stabiliser, (fatty acid salt of magnesium), homeopathic melatonin 30C (1%) Contains milk. Does not contain egg, fish, crustacean, gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts
Serving Suggestion: Chew 2 tablets (1 serving) half hour before bedtime. Do not use if cap seal is missing torn or broken. Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place.
