Adults: mix- 2 scoops (provided) of powder with 200ml of juice or water daily. Stir well and drink promptly for best results. The powder provides a refreshing lemon and lime taste. Restore cap tightly after use to protect powder from moisture. Do not use if cap seal is missing torn or broken. Store below 25Β°C If symptoms persist talk to your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. WARNING: Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6). This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high does. a daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
