Each hard capsule contains: Selenomethionine 375mcg equivalent to selenium 150mcg Contains sulfites DOES NOT CONTAIN: Animal products, dairy, gluten, fish, crustaceans, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, artificial flavours, colours and sweeteners.

Adults: take one capsule daily with water or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap seal is missing torn or broken. Store below 25Β°C If symptoms persist talk to your healthcare professional.
