St John's Wort is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to calm nerves and relieve restlessness.

Each hard capsule contains: Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort) flower dry extract 666.67mg derived from Hypericum perforatum flower dry 4g(4,000mg) DOES NOT CONTAIN: animal products, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, gluten, lactose, peanuts, sugar, yeast, artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners.

Adults: Take one capsule daily with water or as advised by your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap seal is missing torn or broken. Store below 25°C
