Each soft get capsule contains: Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 25mcg (1000IU). Contains sulfites DOES NOT CONTAIN: dairy, gluten, fish, crustaceans, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, corn, artificial flavours, colours and sweeteners.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with water or as directed by your healthcare professional. Contains sulfites. No not use if cap seal is missing or broken.
