Red Split Lentils are a legume that have had the husk removed then split. They are fast cooking & ideal for Soup purees, Curries & Lentil patties.

Organic Red Split Lentils 100%

This product is packaged on machinery used for a variety of dry goods and may contain traces of peanuts, soy or sesame. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container to retain freshness.

Cook red lentils in broth until soft, about 15 minutes. Stir in curry powder, coconut milk, and diced vegetables. Serve over rice or with naan bread.
