White tea comes from the same Camellia sinensis plant as green and black tea, but what sets it apart is the way the leaves are selected and processed. Traditionally made using tender young leaves and buds, white tea undergoes minimal processing, with the leaves gently withered and dried rather than heavily rolled or oxidised. This creates its characteristically delicate taste and allows the natural qualities of the tea leaf to shine through.

Certified Organic White Tea
- Boil the kettle and prepare your cup or teapot.
- Use 1 Organic White Tea Bag per 250ml of hot water. If you prefer iced tea, use 2 tea bags per 250ml.
- Pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag and brew for 2-4 minutes. If you prefer a stronger brew, try adding an extra tea bag instead of brewing for longer.
- Remove the tea bag and enjoy!
