Our green yerba mate leaves are sun-dried and cut, retaining their characteristic fresh, earthy flavour. Yerba mate also naturally contains a range of plant compounds, including polyphenols, which have been explored for their antioxidant properties.
Certified Organic Green Yerba Mate Leaves
- Boil the kettle and prepare your cup or teapot.
- Use 1 Organic Yerba Mate Tea Bag per 250ml of hot water. If you prefer iced tea, use 2 tea bags per 250ml.
- 3-5 minutes. If you prefer a stronger brew, try adding an extra tea bag instead of brewing for longer.
- Remove the tea bag and enjoy!
