The gentle uplifting aroma of Bergamot essential oil calms the mind and refreshes the spirit. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to help soothe the nervous system. The aroma is light, fresh, citrus-like with a floral overtone.
DIFFUSER: add 6 drops to water.
MASSAGE/BODY RUB: Mix 6 drops in 12ml of base oil or Unscented Jojoba Cream and massage over body.
BATH: Mix 6 drops essential oil with 6 drops of dispersant and add to a warm bath.
Certified Organic 100% pure essential oil: Citrus aurantium ssp bergamia (fruit peel, cold pressed).
