Rhodiola is known for its ability to significantly reduce fatigue and "burnout" that came from stress and anxiety. It also appears to highly serotonergic (increases serotonin), to reduce corticosteroids, and may improve mood generally. Research is currently being conducted on Rhodiola's ability to improve fatigue tolerance.
